SHIPPING RATES

Flat‑Rate Shipping (U.S.): $5.00 on all orders.

Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling over $50.

Wholesale & Large Orders: May qualify for adjusted shipping rates—our team will contact you with personalized pricing.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Typical Processing Time: 5 to 7 business days.

Weekend Cut‑Offs:

Orders placed Saturday through Tuesday: Generally processed within the same week.

Orders placed Wednesday through Friday: Typically processed and shipped the following week.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after checkout.

 

LOCAL PICKUPS & DELIVERY

Typical Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.

For online orders only, available at checkout. We have three locations in Los Angeles, CA. You will receive a text from 323‑391‑3662 to confirm your pickup time and location. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please note pickup will not be available on specific observed holidays.

 

Alhambra (7 days a week, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.):

Free local pickup for online orders.

Hollywood (Sunset Blvd & Vermont) (Mon–Fri, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.):

Free local pickup or delivery within 2 mile radius on weekdays for online orders.

Sierra Madre (Sierra Vista Park, Pickleball Courts) (1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m)

Free pickup at this location on Wednesday mornings, the 1st and 3rd of every month, for online orders.
