We’re a small but mighty team led by a Registered Dietitian who wanted better snacks for everyone. From athletes to busy parents, picky kids to grandparents, our crew shares one mission: to make plant-based bars you’ll actually crave. And one promise—we keep out the junk (no gums, emulsifiers, or weird stabilizers here!).

What is Carly's SEEDBAR™?

Seedbars™ are consumed as fresh energy bars. They are made with our dry-roasted
seed base of sesame and sunflower seeds. We use a variety of spices, nuts, and special touches like citrus fruit zest and real Earl Grey tea! Our bars are low in refined carbohydrates and have digestible fiber. You can enjoy a good source of protein and other nutrients, like alpha-linolenic acid (a plant-based omega-3 fat). Our bars do not contain gluten, grain, peanuts, or oats.

Made with dates—naturally low to moderate on the glycemic index—they provide steady energy to power you through your workout without the crash. Each bar delivers 3–5 grams of fiber and plant-based protein to keep you satisfied, and we thoughtfully source our ingredients—like organic, fair-trade coffee in our Hazelnut Mocha bar—so you can feel good about every bite.

Are you Certified Organic?

Though we are not yet USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and
Gluten-Free Certified, we use more than 70% organic ingredients by weight. We thoughtfully select clean and wholesome ingredients and minimally process them in our facility. 

Where do you ship?

We ship to almost anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and military post offices. *Restrictions and exclusions apply. Delays may occur during a national holiday. Typical delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days.

We offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping throughout the U.S. Additionally, we provide free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates may vary for large or wholesale orders.

Orders made Sat-Tues will be shipped the same week. Orders made Wed-Fri are usually shipped the following week.
