How long do the bars last?
Carly’s SEEDBAR™ bars are made with fresh, all-natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. For best flavor and texture, store the bars in a cool place or refrigerate them. Refrigeration helps extend freshness and maintain their soft, satisfying texture.
Our bars stay fresh for up to 5 months refrigerated or up to 3 months at room temperature.

We roast, chop, blend, and prepare our ingredients in-house to create bold, distinctive flavor combinations you won’t find in ordinary snack bars — all with clean-label ingredients and balanced energy in every bite.

We also offer free local pickup and drop-off options throughout the Los Angeles area. Simply select your preferred pickup location during checkout.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most locations throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that some restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, though shipping delays may occasionally occur during holidays or periods of high carrier volume.
Shipping rates:
• $5 flat-rate shipping throughout the U.S.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50
• Shipping rates for large or wholesale orders may vary
Order processing schedule:
• Orders placed Saturday through Tuesday are typically shipped the same week
• Orders placed Wednesday through Friday are usually shipped the following week

Carly’s SEEDBAR™ was founded by Registered Dietitian Carly Vong, MPH, RD, a lifelong athlete and food lover who wanted to create snack bars made with real ingredients that people would genuinely enjoy eating.
We’re a small but passionate team dedicated to crafting clean-label, plant-based bars with bold flavor, balanced energy, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. From busy professionals and active families to endurance athletes and everyday snack lovers, we believe everyone deserves snacks that taste delicious without artificial fillers or unnecessary additives.
That means no gums, emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners, or weird stabilizers — just simple ingredients you can recognize and feel good about.

Are you Certified Organic?
While Carly’s SEEDBAR™ is not currently USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, or Certified Gluten-Free, we use more than 70% organic ingredients by weight and thoughtfully source clean, high-quality ingredients for every bar.
We focus on minimally processed ingredients you can recognize — including organic dates, nuts, seeds, teas, coffees, and spices — without artificial preservatives, sweeteners, or unnecessary additives.

What is your Refund and Return Policy?

We want you to love your SEEDBAR™ experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
If you’re not satisfied for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Simply email info@seedbarfoods.com with your order # and a photo of the issue — we’ll handle the rest.
